What You’ll Do: Hand package filled containers into cardboard boxes as they progress down from conveyor line and tape boxes and ready for palletizing; Observes & fills inclusions into proper equipment and sets controls to meet recipe requirements; Inspect filled container to ensure product is packaged according to specifications; Check for leaks and other minor defects; End of shift prepare for sanitation process. Disassemble equipment parts for washing; Perform housekeeping tasks on shift; Perform other duties and activities that may be assigned. What You Need to Get the Job Done: High School Diploma required or a combination of equivalent experience; Previous machine operator or packing experience strongly preferred ideally from a food/beverage manufacturing environment; Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with others in a respectful, positive and collaborative manner; Comfortable performing repetitive tasks; Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions (i.e. lifting up to 25kg); Able to work as a team member.
