The mission we offer you: Reporting to the Quality Director, the Factory Quality Hygienist plays a key role in preventing contamination risks and maintaining the plant's hygiene and quality standards. You will ensure effective cleaning, sanitizing and operations practices in the manufacturing and packaging sectors. You will also pay particular attention to the design and maintenance of equipment, good staff practices, storage and handling of raw materials as well as the general maintenance of the work environment. An Overview Of Your Everyday Life Inspect and improve cleaning practices throughout the plant to ensure a pristine environment. Lead the implementation of effective cleaning methods and processes. Schedule regular thorough cleanings on sensitive equipment to keep our products at the best level. Audit and verify production facilities to ensure standards are met. Train and mentor your colleagues on best practices in hygiene and sanitation. Monitor and maintain a clean environment and throughout the plant. Identify contamination threats and propose effective solutions to address them, protecting the health and safety of our employees, as well as the quality of our products. Ensure compliance with GMP rules and health and safety regulations. You are the ideal candidate if you have: A bachelor's degree in microbiology, or any other combination of relevant training and/or experience; Experience in the pharmaceutical field; A good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); The ability to communicate in French and English. Bilingualism is required in order to be able to communicate with certain team members and understand the technical documentation provided by our customers, mainly in English.
