The mission we are proposing: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the General Worker ensures the efficient execution of bottling operations on the production line. Their objective is to guarantee that each product is properly bottled, labeled, and palletized in accordance with the quality standards required by our clients. By occupying their station on the line, they directly contribute to the smooth flow of operations, product compliance, and the preparation of shipments to the warehouse. They maintain a safe work environment, rigorously apply established procedures, and actively support the team’s overall performance. An overview of your new position Operate production line equipment according to instructions, while respecting safety, speed, and quality standards. Check product compliance by ensuring it meets the client’s quality standards, such as general appearance, accurate weight, and readable code. Supply machines with bottles and required materials to prevent stoppages and ensure continuous production. Monitor visual and auditory signals to detect stoppages or blockages, and respond quickly. Troubleshoot simple issues using available tools; if the issue cannot be resolved quickly, notify the line leader. Replace rolls, labels, films, or other materials as needed to maintain line efficiency. Place boxes on pallets following layout instructions to ensure shipment stability and compliance. Inform the colleague during shift rotation of key points to monitor, ensuring continuity and vigilance. Keep the line clean, clear, and safe at all times, in collaboration with the team. You are the ideal candidate if you have: High school diploma or equivalent experience Ability to lift loads over 45 pounds Ability to communicate in French or English to collaborate effectively with the team At least one year of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment (an asset) Proactivity in anticipating needs and preventing stoppages Attention to detail to quickly detect anomalies Rigor in following quality and safety standards Team spirit and collaboration on the line What we have to offer you Complete coverage including vision, dental, medical, and more.
