The mission we offer you: Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Technical Services, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the site's maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and continuity of operations. At the head of a team of approximately 24 electromechanics spread over 12-hour rotating shifts, you will plan preventive, corrective and urgent interventions, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and performance standards. Together with the maintenance planner, production and technical teams, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations. An overview of your everyday life Plan, coordinate and supervise daily preventive, corrective and urgent maintenance activities. Mobilize, supervise and develop a team of approximately 24 electromechanics by ensuring the distribution of work, priority management and skills development. Follow up on work orders in the CMMS system and ensure the quality of documentation. Identify recurring problems, participate in their analysis and implement appropriate corrective actions. Track your industry's performance metrics and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with procedures, technical standards and quality requirements. Collaborate closely with production, engineering and other departments to support site priorities. Optimize the use of human resources, materials and parts to help control costs. Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with OHS requirements. Carry out performance evaluations, support employees in their development and ensure regular monitoring of objectives. Clearly communicate priorities, expectations and objectives to keep a team engaged. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at equipment reliability and optimization of work methods. Act as an ambassador for KDC/ONE's values. You are the ideal candidate if you have: A DEC in electromechanics of automated systems, industrial maintenance or a related technical field. 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Significant experience in supervising or coordinating a technical team. A good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and automated systems. Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). A level of French and English to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and to understand technical documentation mainly written in English.
