<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Compensation will be commensurate with experience.</p><p>We are a small custom fabrication/ millwrighting company and we spend most of our time on the road. Looking for a skilled field installer that can lead jobs with minimal supervision and direction.</p><p>Typical projects include plant maintenance, equipment repair, steel erection & installation, etc. Install staircases & railings, miscellaneous metals etc.</p><p>Must be skilled in rigging, working with cranes, connecting steel, and planning lifts. Broderson Crane operational experience is an asset.</p><p>Overtime is common and applicants must be willing to work to finish jobs as required.</p><p>Must be reliable, competent individual with ability to drive large welding rig and pull trailers.</p><p>Must have clean drivers license, valid WAH, and valid CWB SMAW all position welding tickets.</p><p>Must be able to read & interpret drawings, read & write fluent English and communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure the job is done efficiently.</p><p>Pipe fitting/ threading experience is an asset.</p><p>Steel fabrication & assembly experience is an asset.</p><p>Common millwrighting tasks include bearing replacement, claymaking heavy equipment knife & auger replacements, gearbox rebuilds, etc.</p><p>Typical hours are 7-4:30 M-F.
