Bilingual Contracts Administrator I (English/French) 📍 100% Remote (Ontario Residents Only) 💰 $25.00 - $28.00/hour + 4% Vacation Pay 📅 Contract: August 25, 2026 – December 31, 2026 🕒 Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Bilingual Contracts Administrator I to join their Distributor Services team. Reporting to the Manager of Distributor Services, you will play a key role in advisor contracting, licensing administration, business transfers, and ongoing advisor maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates residing in Ontario. Hybrid work may be available for those who prefer it, but it is not required. Potential extension or conversion to a permanent full-time position may be available based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Review contracting requirements and process new advisor contracting requests across multiple systems. Review advisor licensing requirements in accordance with provincial regulations. Research and complete transfers and movements of business between advisors. Manage ongoing administrative maintenance for advisors contracted with the organization. Ensure all processes align with compliance, regulatory, and company policy requirements. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French. Manage high-volume workloads while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management. Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate within a team environment while working independently with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications ✅ Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and French (written and verbal) ✅ Experience working with complex systems or the ability to learn new software quickly ✅ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills ✅ Experience and/or knowledge within the insurance industry ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Knowledge of insurance licensing requirements across Canadian provinces ⭐ Experience supporting advisor contracting, licensing, or distributor services functions ⭐ Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) Desired Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Team-oriented and collaborative approach Ability to meet deadlines and service expectations Use AI for Hiring: Our recruitment process for this role includes the use of AI-based tools to help evaluate candidate qualifications and screen applications.
