Mutual Funds Operations Analyst (Contract) | Toronto, ON Are you looking to grow your career in banking and financial operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented Mutual Funds Operations Analyst to join a collaborative and supportive team within a leading financial institution. 📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 4 days in office, Fridays work from home) 📅 Contract Duration: August 2026 to February 2027 (extension and conversion opportunities available based on business needs and performance) ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM 💲 Pay Rate: $30.64 - $31.08/hour + 4% vacation pay What You'll Do Process mutual fund trades and settlements. Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and breaks. Manage FundSERV transactions and money movements. Utilize advanced Excel tools, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Respond to operational inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications ✅ Banking or financial services experience (retail banking, mutual funds, or operations experience preferred) ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) ✅ Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word) ✅ Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ High attention to detail and accuracy in a compliance-driven environment ✅ Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude Nice-to-Have ⭐ Mutual fund trade settlement experience ⭐ IFIC License Why Join?
