Program Manager

Contract Duration: 6+ Mont Required Skills & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field. • 3 -5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, Financial Analysis, Business Management, or a related role. • Strong financial background with the ability to interpret and analyze financial and operational data. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: • Pivot Tables • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP • Data analysis and reporting • Dashboard creation • Financial modeling fundamentals • Hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking and issue management. • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations and management decks. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or a regulated industry. • Familiarity with PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting processes. • Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and project management best practices. • Experience supporting senior leadership and executive reporting. What You Will Be Doing Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent projects and program initiatives. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items using JIRA and other project management tools. Perform financial analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and reporting activities as required. Analyze large datasets and develop meaningful insights to support business decision-making. Create executive-level presentations by synthesizing data, project updates, and key findings into clear and compelling storylines. Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics using advanced Excel capabilities. Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives and adherence to established governance processes. Support leadership meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

The role involves coordinating multiple concurrent projects and tracking milestones and risks using JIRA. Additionally, the manager will perform financial analysis and create executive-level presentations to support business decision-making.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in program or project management with a strong financial background. Proficiency in advanced Excel, JIRA, and PowerPoint is required.
