Kelly Services is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Marketing Representative to help develop and grow the Ontario/Canadian market within the Food & Beverage and Food Service industry. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building markets, opening doors, developing partnerships, and creating new business opportunities. About The Role You’ll research the market, identify high-potential opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop partnerships across the Food & Beverage /Food Service, Events, Entertainment, and Sports industries. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry Promote and position products through strategic sales and marketing initiatives Understand and navigate industry purchasing and distribution channels (restaurants, stadiums, hospitality groups, large-scale buyers, etc.) Develop and execute marketing campaigns across platforms Identify target customers and build strategies to drive product adoption Analyze market trends and customer insights to support product positioning and growth strategy Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market strategy and product feedback Gather and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, and product marketing within the Food & Beverage, Food Service, Hospitality, Packaging, Consumer Products, Events, Sports, or a related industry Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of how products are purchased and distributed within the industry Proven “hunter” mindset with a track record of generating new business Experience in social media marketing and digital campaign execution Ability to assess product-market fit and develop positioning strategies Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Analytical thinker with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: starting at $80,000-$95,000 annually (paid bi-weekly) + bonus/commission Car Allowance: $500/month Benefits: Full benefits starting Day 1 RRSP Matching: Up to 5% Vacation: 3 weeks Why Kelly®?
