DESCRIPTION Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality. RESPONSIBILITIES Service and maintain customer equipment; Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment; Install machines at customer locations; Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs. This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. Total Rewards: CAD $49,900.00 - $59,488.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma; 3 to 5 years in similar technical role; Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience. The Senior Technical Associate is responsible for the installation, setup, repair, and ongoing maintenance of beverage equipment at customer locations. This role involves traveling to various sites to troubleshoot issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical role. Strong mechanical aptitude with previous electronic, plumbing, or electrical experience is required, along with a valid driver's license.
