Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Concord, ON. The Salesperson will engage with locksmiths, automotive professionals, and security experts to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to email inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, promoting special bundles and promotions, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent client care. The Salesperson will contribute to sales targets, provide feedback on market trends, and support growth initiatives for KeyDirect.ca. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and close sales. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with clear, professional verbal and written communication. Basic product knowledge or strong interest in automotive, locksmith, or security hardware, with willingness to learn technical details. Proficiency with computers, CRM or order management systems, and standard office productivity tools. Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and orders. Ability to work on-site in Concord, ON and collaborate effectively with a small, fast-paced team. Previous experience in wholesale, inside sales, retail automotive, or related industries is an asset.

The Salesperson manages inbound and outbound sales calls, processes orders, and prepares quotes for locksmiths and automotive professionals. They are responsible for building long-term client relationships and collaborating with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Candidates should possess strong sales and communication skills along with proficiency in CRM systems and office productivity tools. Previous experience in wholesale, inside sales, or the automotive retail industry is considered an asset.
