Résumé du poste

Why Keyrus, Why Now! Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence. AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills—you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, and every deployment that compounds on the last. Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence. Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Location: Hybrid – Toronto or Montreal, Canada (2 days per week at the office) Contract: Permanent, Full-time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU'LL ARCHITECT: As an Azure Integration Developer, you will building and evolving in a modern interoperability platform that connects enterprise systems through a governed, scalable, and secure integration architecture. You have the chance to replace complex legacy point-to-point integrations with standardized, maintainable, and reliable integration services that enable business continuity and operational efficiency. * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps (Standard) to orchestrate reliable and scalable data exchanges across business-critical systems. * Build custom business logic and data transformation services using Azure Functions (C# and/or Python) to address complex integration requirements and specialized processing scenarios. * Implement resilient messaging architectures utilizing Azure Service Bus, including retry mechanisms, dead-letter queues, and error-recovery strategies. * Integrate with enterprise platforms through APIs and connectors, including Workday, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft Graph, external partner systems, and SFTP-based integrations. * Develop and govern APIs through Azure API Management, ensuring security, scalability, and lifecycle management best practices. * Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth2, managed identities, and Azure Key Vault. * Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bicep, ARM, or Terraform. * Build observability and monitoring capabilities through Azure Monitor and Application Insights, ensuring end-to-end visibility and proactive incident response. * Execute integration testing, validation, and migration activities, including parallel-run and cutover strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy environments. * Produce high-quality documentation, technical runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials to support operational excellence and client enablement. * WHO YOU ARE: * You think like a consultant, balancing technical excellence with practical business outcomes and client value. * You proactively identify integration risks, operational bottlenecks, and architectural improvements before they impact delivery. * You communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. * You take ownership of solution quality from design through deployment, support, and knowledge transfer. * You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering effectively with architects, project managers, client teams, and business stakeholders. * You approach complex integration challenges with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset. * You understand the broader business processes behind the systems you integrate and make design decisions with enterprise impact in mind. * You continuously expand your knowledge of cloud integration technologies, emerging Azure capabilities, and industry best practices. WHAT YOU BRING: Qualifications * 2-5+ years of experience building enterprise and application integrations with hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions). * Strong command of REST, OData, JSON, XML, OAuth2 authentication, and SFTP or file-based integrations. * Experience with C# and/or Python for serverless function development, along with proficiency in Git-based workflows. * Deep experience with core integration patterns, including idempotency, retry/back-off strategies, dead-lettering, incremental/watermark loads, and both batch and event-driven architectures. * Experience with Azure security mechanisms, specifically Entra ID, Key Vault, and Managed Identities. * Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, ARM, or Terraform. * Demonstrated experience with a disciplined approach to software testing, technical validation, and integration documentation. * Exposure to consulting environments, client-facing project delivery, or cross-functional stakeholder engagement. * Experience collaborating with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders in enterprise transformation initiatives. Nice-to-Haves * Integrate enterprise platforms using Workday (EIB, Studio, RaaS, custom reports), Dynamics 365, Business Central, or Active Directory provisioning. * Utilize cloud data tools such as Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Azure Data Factory. * Implement event-driven architectures and near-real-time integration patterns using Azure Event Grid. * Azure certifications, specifically AZ-204 or AZ-305. What Makes You Successful * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to facilitate executive workshops and influence both technical and business audiences * Comfortable translating AI complexity into clear roadmaps, investment strategies, and business priorities * Brings a consultative mindset that balances innovation, governance, and measurable business outcomes * Demonstrates executive presence while collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, product leaders, and C-level stakeholders * Combines structured thinking with technical credibility to guide enterprise AI transformation initiatives * Builds trust through thoughtful facilitation, pragmatic decision-making, and a relentless focus on long-term client success WHAT WE OFFER AT KEYRUS: * A stimulating environment where you will be able to surpass yourself and discover new horizons * A strong culture of innovation and entrepreneurship * Team celebrations, social events, birthdays, breakfasts, and special activities * Group insurance for you and your family members * RRSP and DPSP participation plans * Monthly Wellness Allowance * Telecommunication reimbursement * Flexible work-from-home policy * 4 weeks of paid vacation * Language courses (French & English) * Access to continuous learning through conferences, certifications, training programs, and industry events The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
