Reporting to the Strategy & Commercial Finance Director, the Associate Manager, Commercial Finance will support strategic ad hoc projects and deliver analysis that informs key business decisions. The role is heavily focused on business partnering, storytelling, and translating financial insights for non-finance stakeholders including Marketing, Franchisees, and Commercial teams. This position has high visibility with senior management and plays a critical role in delivering the organization’s objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing & Operations, to shape the innovation pipeline, promotional calendar, and ad hoc initiatives that drive top-line results. (30% Time Allocation) Support cross-functional teams and franchisees through sales and profitability analysis to inform business decisions. (Time Allocation: 20%) Forecast, analyze and report enterprise-wide Sales (by channel, region, menu items etc.) on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to develop insights and provide actionable recommendations to the business. (Time allocation: 50%) Identify business risks and opportunities for senior management, demonstrate a growth mindset, and operate effectively in a fast-paced (often ad-hoc) environment. Required University Degree in Finance / Accounting Preferred CPA Designation Experience 2-3 Years of relevant FP&A experience with clear scope progression. Strong financial analysis, business partnering, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders. Strong communication skills with experience collaborating cross-functionally in support of strategic initiatives and business cases. Analytical mindset with proven ability to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. The expected hiring range for this role is $88,500 to $115,500 CAD, inclusive of base salary and target annual performance bonus. Candidates must have a university degree in Finance or Accounting and 2-3 years of relevant FP&A experience. A CPA designation is preferred along with strong business partnering and communication skills.
