Kidco Construction is currently seeking a skilled Excavator Operator in our Foundation Excavation Division for the 2026 season. Our Ideal Candidate: * Possesses 3-5 years of experience operating excavators on civil earthworks projects * Fine-grade finishing experience using GPS * Can efficiently operate 300-size excavators * Experienced with bulking and efficiently loading gravel trucks with pups * Experience in residential subdivision excavation is as asset * Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work * Works well in a team environment and is a team player * Holds safety certifications (e.g., Ground Disturbance Level 2 Certification) as an asset * Has reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 driver’s license Typical Schedule: * Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Sundays and long weekends off (or available on a volunteer basis for those seeking extra hours).
