Kidco Construction is Hiring: Now Recruiting Finish Dozer Operators with GPS Experience We are currently seeking a skilled GPS Dozer Operator to join our Earthworks team for the 2026 season. What we’re looking for: * 3+ years of experience operating a GPS-equipped Dozer * Previous experience in civil earthworks, especially in residential subdivisions, is preferred * Proficiency in both bulk dirt moving and performing finish work using a GPS system like Leica, Trimble, or Topcon * Ability to read grade stakes * Knowledge of pre-trip inspections to ensure machinery is in top condition * Capability to work both independently and as part of a team * Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 6 PM * Saturday: 7 AM - 4 PM * Sundays and long weekends off (voluntary work available for extra hours) What We Offer: * Competitive Compensation: $28 - $38 based on experience * Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week * Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque * Commitment to Safety: Our Safety Excellence program includes: * COR Certification: Proudly held for 29 consecutive years * Dedicated Safety Personnel: Three dedicated safety professionals * Industry Participation: Active involvement in industry safety initiatives * Full Benefits Package: Provided by Open Circle, covering dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
