Mini Hoe Operator

Kidco Construction is looking for an experienced and reliable Mini Hoe Operator to join our busy Foundation Excavation (Basements) Division. Our ideal candidate has: * 3+ years experience using a Mini Hoe in a foundation excavation setting (tight spaces) * A valid Class 5 drivers license and able to provide a clean drivers abstract * Basement experience is essential, especially with backfilling, loaming, etc. * Must be able to follow direction and work independently * Experience and knowledge reading plot plans is preferred * Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel and lift up to 35 pounds (fences) Typical Schedule: * Monday to Saturday: 10-12 hours per day What We Offer: * Competitive wage based on experience * Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week * Comprehensive Benefits Package: Provided by Open Circle, covering dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance. The Mini Hoe Operator will perform foundation excavation tasks, including backfilling and loaming in tight spaces. The role requires following project directions and working independently to meet construction site requirements.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience operating a mini hoe in foundation settings and possess a valid Class 5 driver's license. The ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and lifting up to 35 pounds is mandatory.
