Water Truck Driver Kidco Construction is a Calgary-based, full-service construction solutions provider with over 35 years of experience. What began as a family-run earthworks business has grown into a complete partner specializing in earthworks, underground utilities, foundation excavation, heavy hauling, equipment painting, and trucking. Our trucking division is expanding, and Kidco is currently seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Water Truck Driver to support daily construction site operations through dust suppression and moisture maintenance of the fill areas of our local Calgary sites. Candidate Requirements: * Holds a valid Class 3 driver’s license with Q endorsement * Has 2 or more years of experience performing dust control in a construction setting * Experienced with maintaining proper moisture levels in fill site for compaction and traction * 18-Speed manual transmission experience (required) * Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and takes pride in their work * Is comfortable completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, filling trucks using a pump or hydrant, and operating a water truck on public roads * Can perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting * Works effectively both independently and within a team Typical Schedule: * Monday to Saturday: 10-12 hours per day What We Offer: * Competitive wage based on experience * Comprehensive Benefits Package: Provided by Open Circle, covering dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
