Kids & Company is currently seeking two Full-Time Toddler Educators and On-Call Supply Early Childhood Educators to join our St. Albert - Grandin team. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the implementation of an Emergent Curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children. * Foster children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. * Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. * Complete daily documentation, health checks, and classroom records. * Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards. * Support daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities. * Collaborate with families and external professionals, including Speech and Occupational Therapists. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality care and education. * Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required. QUALIFICATIONS * Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification. * Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B. * Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 3 months). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented. * Experience working with toddlers is considered an asset for Toddler Educator positions. * Ability to lift and/or support up to 45 lbs.
