Requisition ID: 187392 Position Summary Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Position Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience operating Excavators, Dozers, Skid steers, Smooth Drum Rollers and Crew Truck is required Minimum 5 years’ experience operating on Industrial sites Minimum 5 years' experience trenching, grading, backfilling and site preparation Compensation And Shift Details Base wage: $49.39 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours Overtime and weekend work may be required Additional Information Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, Audiometric and 50lb Fitness to Work tests No travel and living-out expenses provided Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting minimum qualifications will be contacted Project Information The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally. Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, and skid steers for the Path2Zero clean energy project. Perform essential site preparation tasks such as trenching, grading, and backfilling.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment on industrial sites. Candidates must pass SureHire drug, alcohol, audiometric, and fitness-to-work tests.
