Landscape Crew Leader Assistant

Captain Handy Landscaping Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Crew Leader Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with landscaping experience who wants to develop their skills and grow into a leadership position. Responsibilities: Assist the Crew Leader with daily landscaping operations and project completion Help manage and guide crew members on-site Perform hardscape and landscape installation tasks, including: Interlock pavers Retaining walls Fences and decks Sod installation Planting and grading General landscape construction Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site Communicate with the Crew Leader and Project Managers regarding progress and site conditions Requirements: 1+ years of landscaping or construction experience preferred Experience with hardscaping, grading, or outdoor construction is an asset Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work Team player with good communication skills Driver’s license is an asset What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within a growing landscaping company Steady work throughout the landscaping season Hands-on training and skill development Work with a professional team on high-quality residential projects across the GTA If you are hardworking, dependable, and looking to build a career in landscaping, we want to hear from you! Assist the Crew Leader in managing daily landscaping operations and guiding crew members on-site. Perform various installation tasks including hardscaping, planting, and grading to ensure projects meet company standards.

Preferably 1+ years of landscaping or construction experience with a strong work ethic and ability to perform heavy physical labor. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets.
