Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity at our Nanaimo site for a Skilled Labourer/ Hoist Operator to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial construction projects and to operate a variety of hand and power tools. They are also required to tradespersons as necessary. The wage band for this position is $23.00- $40.96 per hour and is based on relevant skills and experience. The role involves the safe operation of man and material hoists and performing routine trade activities at commercial construction sites. Responsibilities include using scaffolding, performing concrete work, and assisting tradespersons as needed.

Candidates must have a valid Hoist Operator Certification and experience in the construction industry. Physical ability to lift up to 80lbs for 50ft and proficiency with hand and power tools are required.
