Kinetica Print, a division of Growth Media North America, Inc. is looking for a high-energy, self motivated Business Development Professional. We are an established company offering graphic design, print, and mailing solutions. This position offers a salary, commissions, and extended benefits. This position is for someone who wants to be a key driver in developing new business through print and design sales. The ideal candidate is a hunter for sales and is driven by winning new customers. Our company formula for marketing, cold calling, and follow-ups is a proven method to help the candidate be successful in this role. Key products that you will be selling: Brochures Postcards Business Cards Banners Graphic Design etc... Your main duties will be: Identifying new customer prospects Cold call to new customers daily and consistently Phone, Video, and In-person appointments with prospective clients Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing client communication Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Support prospects and clients with quotes, order processing, and project management Cultivate quality relationships with prospects and clients through top-quality customer service and regular follow-ups Requirements - Experience: Minimum 1 Year with Outside Sales Experience in B2B Environment Experience in the Print industry is not required, but a valuable asset Experience making cold sales calls by telephone Strong customer service and relationship building skills Ability to establish relationships and build rapport with new people quickly Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and maintain a growth mindset Ability to work with monthly sales quotas and targets Valid Driver's Licence is Mandatory (Driving Record Check will be required) Reliable Vehicle This is a Full Time Position 40 Hours per week. A territory will be assigned. Base + Commission Car Allowance Cell Phone Benefits after 90 Days - Extended Medical, Dental, Eye Care
