Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world’s energy sector and, due to continued growth, is seeking Electrical Maintenance Supervisors to join their 24/7 manufacturing operations. These opportunities support the Seamless Pipe Rolling Mill (OCTG), NDT, and Finishing operations with positions available on both 8-hour day shift and 12-hour rotational schedules. Reporting within the Maintenance organization to the appropriate Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisors will lead skilled trades teams, coordinate daily activities, assign responsibilities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production requirements. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisors will provide hands-on technical and supervisory leadership across preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, automation, controls and industrial equipment is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation. Basic mechanical knowledge is required, while experience with NDT, finishing lines, capital projects and heavy industrial manufacturing will be considered an asset. Supervisors will respond to equipment failures and urgent production issues, identify root causes, minimize downtime and work closely with Production to keep the line running safely and reliably. We are seeking individuals with an Electrical, Mechatronics or closely related technical backgrounds and a minimum of 3 years of experience leading skilled trades in a unionized, heavy industrial or 24/7 manufacturing environment. These roles offer opportunities to lead teams of Electricians with some positions also providing direct oversight of mechanical trades. We are looking for technically strong, decisive leaders who can coach and develop their teams while providing responsive maintenance support to a demanding production environment. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor positions supporting Rolling Mill and NDT operations will follow an 8-hour schedule, with specific Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Wednesday-Sunday rotations that are determined with the hiring manager. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor positions supporting Electrical Patrol operations will follow a 12-hour rotating day/night schedule. Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $105 000 - $120 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply.
