If the answer is yes, then we want you as a lab partner. Knightlabs is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our client services team. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact and solution-oriented collaborator, supporting assigned agency business to deliver flawless execution for both patients and healthcare professionals. We are looking for a passionate team player with experience in pharmaceutical marketing who can manage integrated digital campaigns that deliver life-changing communication. Key Responsibilities Client Partnership & Engagement Client Relationship Builder: Serve as a key day-to-day contact, fostering trust and providing exceptional service to our clients. Team Collaborator: Act as a central point of contact between the client and our internal agency teams (creative, strategy, media). Meeting Facilitator: Help prepare for and contribute to client meetings, internal brainstorms, and presentations. Campaign Management & Execution Workflow Coordination: Oversee project workflows, maintain accurate status reports, and coordinate essential meetings and brainstorms. Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of integrated digital and social media campaigns. Communication & Problem Solving Proactive Problem-Solver: Identify potential challenges and work with senior team members to find effective solutions. Effective Communicator: Provide clear, concise, and influential communication both internally and externally. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, PR, communications, science, or related field. Experience: 2 - 3 years of client service experience at a medical marketing, pharmaceutical advertising, or PR agency. Digital Fluency: Digitally fluent and analytical (organic, paid, and social media). Professionalism: A strong track record of being organized, efficient, productive, and reliable, with a strong work ethic that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; outstanding attention-to-detail, time management, and prioritization. Communication: Passion for health, wellness, and scientific communications. Technical Knowledge: Experience with Veeva Vault and MLR review process, and PAAB. Soft Skills: Active listener who reads a room, pivots quickly, and adapts style accordingly. Tools: High-level proficiency in Google Suite. This position offers a mostly remote work environment, with some in-person collaboration and attendance required. The base salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000. This role also provides the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc. This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, market data and the applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
