Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will own the overall relationship with assigned clients and ensure their retention and satisfaction. They will also aid clients in achieving their goals.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and experience in customer success. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with being detail-oriented and analytical, are also required.
