Job Title: Senior Compliance Analyst (Workforce & Employment) Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role KOMP is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst – Workforce & Employment to support employment compliance, worker-classification reviews, and workforce risk monitoring across multiple jurisdictions. This role will help translate regulatory requirements into practical and scalable workforce processes. Key Responsibilities Research employment and workforce regulations across jurisdictions. Support employee and contractor classification assessments. Monitor regulatory and employment-law developments. Maintain compliance documentation, records, and review frameworks. Assist with workforce risk assessments and compliance audits. Work closely with HR, Legal, Operations, and Product teams. Help translate regulatory requirements into operational workflows. Support compliance reporting and ongoing monitoring initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in employment compliance, HR compliance, workforce risk, or related areas. Knowledge of employee and independent-contractor classification. Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions preferred.
