We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Corporate Services Manager to champion our financial landscape and steer integrated corporate infrastructure functions for our growing global business unit. As a key member of the Country Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across Finance and Corporate Services, supporting a growing business operating within a global technology organization. You will partner closely with local and international leaders to drive business performance, operational effectiveness, risk management, and sustainable growth while ensuring strong financial stewardship and governance. This role is ideal for a multi-faceted executive leader. Alongside comprehensive responsibility for financial strategy, your influence will extend to providing guidance, governance, and operational oversight for a shifting portfolio of critical business enablement and shared services. What You’ll Do Strategic Business & Financial Leadership Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and Leadership Team on business strategy, investment decisions, operational performance, and risk management. Translate Strategy: Translate broad organizational objectives into actionable financial and operational plans across the business unit. Drive Strategic Growth: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes to align with global business objectives. Deliver Performance Analytics: Champion organizational performance through meaningful KPIs, decision support, financial modeling, and strategic analytics. Capital Allocation: Shape, manage, and evaluate the organization's capital budget and strategic investment business cases. Finance & Accounting Governance Mentor & Develop Teams: Foster a supportive, growth-oriented environment for the finance team, guiding their professional development and growth. Ensure Reporting Integrity: Oversee all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting. Maintain Financial Stewardship: Oversee general ledger reconciliations, balance sheet health, internal controls, and compliance governance. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear financial statements and strategic updates for executive leadership, global stakeholders, and the Board of Directors. Compliance & Audit Management: Direct annual audits, oversee tax filings, and serve as the primary liaison with external financial advisors. Lead Corporate Services & Business Operations Multi-Functional Governance: Provide strategic leadership and flexible governance for the broader Corporate Services framework—which, depending on the candidate's portfolio, may include fields such as Information Technology, Business Systems & Intelligence, Facilities, People Operations/HR, and Supply Chain. Operational Scaling: Partner closely with functional leaders to ensure highly efficient, scalable, and cost-effective business operations. Corporate Services: Provide financial and operational oversight of supply chain activities, including inventory management, procurement controls, and working capital optimization.Fin Continuous Improvement: Champion process improvement, change management, and cross-functional business initiatives that enhance operational performance and organizational effectiveness. Risk & Infrastructure Protection: Support business continuity, health and safety, and comprehensive risk management programs—including the administration of corporate insurance, remittances, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Bring We look for leaders who combine a collaborative mindset with deep operational and financial acumen. If you meet most of these qualifications, we encourage you to apply: A valid CPA designation (or equivalent professional accounting qualification). 10+ years of progressive financial and accounting leadership experience, ideally within an international corporate structure, engineering, or technology environment. Strong experience leading multifunctional teams, supporting executive decision-making, and providing oversight to shared corporate services. Proven success leading organizational change, process improvement, and cross-functional infrastructure initiatives. Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful strategy for executives and Boards. Experience optimizing ERP enterprise systems and utilizing advanced data tools to drive business efficiency.
