The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, conducting technical assessments, and providing advisory services. They will also facilitate stakeholder workshops, support product owners, and lead implementation planning.

Exigences

Candidates should have experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, business process transformation, and customer-facing consulting. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD, and ITIL Foundation.
