Position Summary Seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to provide production support for mission-critical enterprise applications hosted on Red Hat OpenShift and Linux platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring application stability, resolving incidents, implementing changes, providing automation support, and continuously improving operational processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high availability environments while collaborating with development, infrastructure, and business teams. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for business-critical applications in Linux and OpenShift environments. Monitor application health, system performance, scheduled jobs, and integration processes using operational monitoring tools. Support and troubleshoot Feed Hub integration services, data feeds, and related middleware components. Manage and monitor AutoSys jobs, investigate failures, and coordinate recovery activities. Perform certificate lifecycle management, including renewal, installation, validation, and troubleshooting SSL/TLS-related issues. Participate in application deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, UDeploy (UCD), UCV, and iDeploy. Collaborate with development teams to identify causes and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents. Execute application releases and production changes while adhering to ITIL-based change management processes. Analyse production incidents, perform impact assessments, and ensure timely resolution within SLA requirements. Support platform stability, reliability, and operational readiness during maintenance activities and releases. Create and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours production support, incident management, and emergency change implementations. Work closely with infrastructure, security, database, and networking teams to resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Hands-on experience supporting applications running on Red Hat OpenShift and Linux environments. Strong understanding of incidents, problems, and change management processes. Experience with enterprise scheduling tools such as AutoSys. Knowledge of SSL certificates and application security fundamentals. Experience supporting CI/CD deployment pipelines. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
