Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – QA-Automation to lead and scale enterprise-wide quality engineering practices within a fast-paced banking environment. This role will drive automation-first testing strategies, ensure regulatory-compliant software delivery, and lead high-performing QA teams across complex digital and core banking platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in automation frameworks, leadership experience, and domain knowledge in banking/financial services. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Development & Talent Management Required Qualifications / Experience: 12–18+ years in QA/Test Engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience leading large-scale QA automation initiatives in banking/financial services. Demonstrated success in transforming manual QA teams into automation-first organizations. Technical Skills Strong expertise in programming languages: Python, Java or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with: Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) API testing tools CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Domain Knowledge Deep understanding of banking systems, payment processing, and financial regulations. Experience working in highly regulated environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML in testing (self-healing automation, predictive analytics). Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to test data management and service virtualization tools.
