Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Reliability. Team player. Experience: No experience (will train). Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
