The pay range for this role is $18.25 - $20.99 (depending on skills and experience).

The Beauty Advisor acts as a host to provide a sensorial and welcoming experience for guests while driving sales. They are responsible for supporting store operations, mentoring colleagues, and promoting sustainability initiatives.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial attitude within a sales-driven environment. An interest in skincare and fragrance is beneficial, though the company prioritizes a growth mindset over specific technical skills.
