We do this by supporting social, environmental, and economic causes that support the entire professional beauty industry and our Beauty Community.As a Salon Business Partner, you will be responsible for serving an existing territory in the Lower Vancouver Mainland The territory includes Surrey, Delta & Richmond.Under the leadership of the Regional Sales Manager, you will act as a key player in the organization and be held accountable for achieving the annual sales budget. Keyresponsibilities Develop new opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships with salon owners, estheticians, and stylists. Takesalesorders,buildpromotions,participateinsalonactivationsandevents,provideproduct knowledge/brand education and social media support to customers as needed. Partnerwithnewandexistingcustomerstodevelopstrategiesdesignedtohelpthemgrowtheir business. Analyzesalesreportsandactivityreporting. Qualificationsandskills Acompetitivespiritandbeahighlymotivatedindividualwithanentrepreneurialattitude. Exigences

Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry, and a strong entrepreneurial attitude. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic Microsoft Excel functions is required.
