Œuvrant au sein de l’équipe des importations, la personne en poste travaille conjointement avec les designers coordonnatrices et les designers coordonnateurs ainsi que l’équipe des achats afin de contribuer à la création de l’emballage et du conditionnement des produits de nos collections exclusives. Responsabilités : Analyser et comprendre les besoins de nos clients internes et externes Effectuer la recherche, l’élaboration et le prototypage de nouveaux emballages innovateurs Adapter les tendances mode dans le choix des couleurs et le développement de motifs pour nos emballages Concevoir un emballage et un conditionnement répondant aux besoins définis pour chaque produit en tenant compte de la réalité manufacturière Optimiser la protection, la présentation, la vente ainsi que l'usage des produits Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de design et de rédaction pour mettre en images et en mots les concepts choisis Préparer les fiches techniques et communiquer avec nos manufacturiers de la demande de soumission jusqu’à la production finale de l’emballage Commenter les échantillons des usines et s’assurer que le produit final corresponde à nos standards Apporter du soutien technique et des suggestions d’amélioration en proposant des solutions adaptées Profil recherché : Aime travailler en équipe et communique efficacement Est à l’aise à travailler sous pression et à respecter des échéances fixes Possède une bonne capacité rédactionnelle en français et en anglais Fait preuve d’un très bon sens de l’organisation Maîtrise les logiciels « Illustrator » et « Photoshop » Détient un baccalauréat en design graphique, design industriel ou tout autre domaine pertinent, ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente Avantages : Service de télémédecine et programme d’aide aux membres du personnel et à leur famille. Ce que vous ferez

The role involves designing innovative packaging and conditioning for exclusive collections, from research and prototyping to final production. You will collaborate with design and purchasing teams to optimize product presentation and manage technical communications with manufacturers.

Exigences

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in graphic or industrial design (or equivalent experience) and be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong organizational skills and bilingualism in French and English are required.
