The person in this role plays a key part in maximizing the value and effective use of enterprise data to support business decision-making and improve organizational performance. Reporting to the Director, IT – Data, Business Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence, this individual develops analytical solutions, partners with business stakeholders to leverage data, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of Simons’ business intelligence capabilities. Key responsibilities Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and value creation initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their information needs and recommend appropriate analytics and reporting solutions. Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business intelligence reports to support informed decision-making. Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used across analytics platforms and reporting solutions. Contribute to Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data-driven innovation initiatives that improve business performance. Support business users in interpreting data and promote best practices in data literacy, analytics, and information management. Desired profile : Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management. Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations. Experience with modern business intelligence platforms, analytics tools, and data governance initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into business-friendly insights. Recognized for strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a results-oriented approach focused on delivering business value. Exigences
