Overview We are seeking a motivated PPF (Paint Protection Film) / TINT INSTALLER to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing protective film and window tinting on vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations. Duties * Install paint protection film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces with precision and care * Apply window tinting using appropriate techniques and tools to achieve flawless results * Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking areas prior to installation * Work with heat guns, squeegees, plotters, and cutting tools * Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met * Assist with vehicle detailing or minor repairs as needed to support overall service quality * Follow safety protocols consistently when handling heavy materials or operating power tools Experience * 1?2+ years of hands?on PPF, tint, or vinyl installation experience * Familiarity with major film brands (XPEL, SunTek, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Reliable communication skills and a strong work ethic This position offers an engaging environment where craftsmanship meets innovation.
