*Key Responsibilities* * Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner. * Educate customers on lab-grown diamonds, including differences from mined diamonds, quality factors (cut, clarity, carat, color), and value propositions. * Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences. * Recommend diamond jewelry (solitaires, engagement rings, earrings, etc.) based on customer goals and budget. * Present products clearly and confidently, highlighting features, options, and pricing. * Build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns to facilitate sales. * Handle sales transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records. * Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, or text to nurture leads. * Maintain polished, attractive product displays and store merchandise. * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. * Stay informed about industry trends, new lab-grown diamond innovations, and competitor products. *Required Skills & Qualities* * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Passion for jewelry and interest in diamonds and gemstones. * Ability to explain technical details clearly but simply. * Goal-driven with a positive sales mindset. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Point-of-sale system proficiency. * Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays as retail needs demand). *Preferred Qualifications* * Minimum one year experience in the jewellery industry * Proven success in commission based sales * Familiarity with GIA/IGI diamond grading reports. * Upselling and customer relationship experience. *We Offer* * Competitive base + commission structure * Room for growth and advancement * Supportive high-performance environment * Benefits available Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
