ABOUT THE PROGRAM What do we offer? The SCTP program spans 8-months, providing comprehensive and immersive experiences across various Logistics areas with exposure to various operational sites, including one of our major breweries, and warehouse facilities. You’ll be exposed to immersive job shadowing, learning about the specific operational processes, including how to lead a frontline team during shift to solve problems proactively. You will also work on a strategic business project throughout the duration of your program with the opportunity to present to Supply Chain Leadership. Following the program, you will continue to build your Labatt journey with placement at one of our Warehouses across Canada as a Group Manager. Exposure to senior leadership, including Labatt’s President, through networking opportunities and project presentations during rotations. Gain front-line experience, leading teams and/or executing operational processes, and learning the business hands-on. Participate in new graduate specific events and activities. Are passionate about Supply Chain Management, with a desire to grow their career long-term at the organization. Want to develop leadership and interpersonal skills by leading a high performing team in a fast-paced unionized environment. Apply a problem-solving mindset to quickly and effectively solve operational issues that may arise Can effectively utilize data analysis and other lean manufacturing methods to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2025, 2026 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2027. Mobility: Must be willing and eligible to relocate. Relocation support may apply depending on location. Eligible to work in Canada Bilingualism is an asset No formal work experience is required. Previous internship experience is a plus. Our Warehouses are 24/7 - 363 day a year facilities which may require alternating shift work for participants who enter the program. Program participants must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime. Recruitment Process: 1. Online Assessment & Job knowledge Test 2. Phone screen 3.
