Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating and providing tours for guests and driving various company vehicles as requested/needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: * Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity * Provides comprehensive, entertaining wine tour narration to tour participants * Provides punctual, organized transportation to wineries * Collects and verifies tour reports and tour participants * Drive bus, vans, and other company owned vehicles * Assist with vehicle maintenance * Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties Limited’s products and services * Actively seeking ways to meet guests’ product or service needs * All other duties as assigned Professional Requirements: * Must be 25 years old and hold a clean driving record for insurance purposes * A valid class “B” or “C” driver’s license with a Z-endorsement * Two years experience in a transportation environment * Basic auto mechanics experience an asset * Excellent safety record * Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset Personal Attributes: * Good interpersonal skills and common sense * Particular attention to health and safety * Dependable and reliable * Ethical and honest Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs * Must be able to push or pull heavy loads up to 50 lbs * Other physical demands include bending, twisting, carrying, sitting and standing for extended periods of time Questions, quoting the job title and location, may be directed to hr@vintage-hotels.com [hr@vintage-hotels.com] Lais Hotel Properties Limited is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
