Job Description Yard Clerk (24-39 hours/week) at our Home Centre location in Shell Lake, Saskatchewan. Who We Are: Lake Country Co-op does business differently. Reporting to the Home Centre Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach. Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels. Load and unload merchandise and maintain cleanliness and order of merchandise in the yard. Fill orders, receive freight, unload product, preform inventory counts. Perform customer carry-out service and product assembly as assigned. Complete required paperwork base on department standards. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. Who You Are You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service and meet the following: Experience in home and building materials, construction industry; Class 3 Drivers license is considered an asset. Honest and trustworthy, are results- oriented, and are proud of the work that you do. Well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision. Can fulfil physical job requirements, standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, working outside and inside. Willing and able to obtain forklift certification. Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
