FICO Functional Consultant

Pay Range: CAD 45-50/hr Experience Required: 10 & Above 1 day per week in office- Toronto or Waterloo MUST HAVE Skill setsBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education| training| or work experience8+ years of overall experience as an SAP S/4HANA FICO functional consultant in SAP FICO (GL| AP| FA) and SAP Ariba. Strong experience in S/4HANA Accounts Payable (AP) module and processes is MUST.At least one completed full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation / rollout project.At least 5 years of S/4 HANA FICO experience.Strong business knowledge in accounting| controlling| planning or general Finance - FICO and procure to pay processes using SAP Ariba.Strong understanding of the S/4 HANA Finance solution and master data concepts.Experience in working with interfaces with SAP (both SAP and non-SAP environments)Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system issuesExperience with SDLC methodologies: Agile| WaterfallExperience working with application vendors and building solutions involving integrating vendor applications into existing environment. Experience with creating effective design documentation and diagrams Assets:SAP Certification: Application Associate (SAP S/4 HANA for FICO) Experience in SAP BTP Experience in using AI / GenAISAP MM module implementation for integration with SAP Ariba ABAP/CDS code understanding with an ability to go into the existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced.Experience working with geographically distributed and 3rd party teamsFinance designation (CGA| CMA) IFRS17 regulatory requirements knowledgeAdditional Comments:Location Toronto| CanadaOccasional work outside of normal business hours as part of a global team Occasional weekend work in support of project delivery and implementations

The consultant will provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system issues and integrate vendor applications into the existing environment. Responsibilities include creating design documentation and supporting global project delivery and implementations.

Requires a bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of S/4 HANA FICO and a full-cycle implementation. Strong expertise in Accounts Payable and SAP Ariba is mandatory.
