The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for operating and maintaining the property's exterior and interior facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, general equipment, and grounds. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the daily repair and preventative maintenance of the hotel's interior and exterior facilities. This includes managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, or alternatively 5 years of related experience and training. Candidates should possess basic repair skills in carpentry and painting, with hospitality experience preferred.
