Why This Contractor Role Is Different You’re not just filling a schedule, you’re shaping the future of neuro rehab. As a Fee-for-Service OT, you’ll enjoy: * A built-in caseload from day one, including: * WorkSafeBC Early Concussion Assessment & Treatment Program * ICBC * Private neuro clients * Long-term disability clients * Flexible scheduling — minimum 24 hours/week * Hybrid options — in-clinic + work-from-home documentation/treatment where appropriate * Freedom to grow your caseload your way * A chance to join a team of clinicians, researchers & scientists impacting 1 billion brains Compensation Fee-for-Service contractor model Rate: $95–$115 per clinical hour, depending on experience, service type, and caseload. We are looking to bring on 1–2 exceptional OTs, ideally one who can commit to ~3 days/week.
