Co-op Business Systems Analyst

General Summary As a Co-op Business Systems Analyst, you will support Latecoere’s IT Applications team in ensuring our business applications and data services enable efficient, modern manufacturing. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, document processes, troubleshoot application issues, and produce clear reporting/insights that improve how teams work and make decisions. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience with some well-established technologies while helping us to utilize new ones such as artificial intelligence. Responsibilities Contribute to cross-functional projects that will improve business processes through efficiently collecting and/or supplying information as needed Research, analyze and troubleshoot issues logically and effectively Create and update data diagrams, business process maps, and other documentation Take part in developing software solutions employing various technologies such as VB.NET, C#, SQL, Python, and AI Provide business intelligence, analytics, and reporting services, including organizing and presenting information in various forms such as textual, graphical, and statistical Plan, prioritize, and deliver work while managing expectations Suggest new initiatives for the business that can harness the value of our data Perform other duties as assigned

Support the IT Applications team by analyzing business needs, documenting processes, and troubleshooting application issues. Develop software solutions and provide business intelligence reporting to improve manufacturing efficiency.

The candidate should be able to research and resolve technical issues logically while creating data diagrams and process maps. Proficiency in technologies such as VB.NET, C#, SQL, Python, and AI is desired.
