Quality Engineer

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER FUNCTIONS * Work with production team to ensure delivery of compliant product on-time and on-budget. * Participate and drive closure of non-conformances through the MRB (material review board) process. * Identify when RCA’s (root cause analysis) are needed and participate in the successful implementation of corrective actions. * Communicate with customers or suppliers. Maintain accurate and complete records in customer documentation portals. * Provide technical direction to Quality inspectors and Quality technicians.’ * Present to management on various quality related performance metrics such as: rework, scrap, escapes, SNAGs, NCR's.

The Quality Engineer will work with the production team to ensure the delivery of compliant products on-time and on-budget. They will also participate in the closure of non-conformances and communicate with customers or suppliers while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires participation in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions. Additionally, the engineer will provide technical direction to quality inspectors and present quality-related performance metrics to management.
