Your Role: Lead and inspire a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of excellence, style, and service. Develop and execute exclusive luxury client experiences, including cocktail-style events, VIP shopping evenings, and personalized wardrobe consultations. Build lasting relationships with clients, creating memorable moments that reflect the sophistication and elegance of the Melanie Lyne brand. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies that ensure the store exceeds targets. Oversee daily operations, including merchandising, staffing, inventory management, and maintaining a polished, luxurious store environment. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Melanie Lyne with professionalism, style, and refinement.
