As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for operational activities related to Entitlements & Income Processing (Dividends & Interest) and Corporate Actions (Reorganizations). Acting as a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development and review of procedures and policies, as well as participate in various projects related to these activities. Responsibilities Manage the daily processing of Corporate Actions activities across all business lines. Gather, compile, and verify the accuracy of maturity payments, interest payments, dividend payments, and corporate action events. Analyze and interpret information received from various paying agents to process payments and/or transactions in client accounts. Oversee the Dividend Reinvestment Program (DRIP). Prepare claims with other firms when necessary and receive and validate claims submitted by external parties. Research information related to all types of corporate action events and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Analyze and process conversion, expiration, redemption, exchange, and tender offer requests in client accounts. Adhere to established standards and recommend improvements to simplify and optimize processes. Support the coordinator with the reconciliation of internal departmental accounts, analyze discrepancies, document findings, and make necessary corrections. Document and maintain procedures related to departmental activities. Provide technical support to team members by answering questions and handling complex cases. Serve as a key resource for various operational teams and the organization as a whole. Qualifications College diploma, university degree, or equivalent, with more than 5 years of experience in the brokerage industry. Knowledge of IBM OSS systems (now Kyndryl), including Entitlement, CDS, DTC, Arrow, and Broadridge platforms. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of autonomy and initiative. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and commitment to client service. Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Bilingualism (spoken and written) in French and English*. Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
