NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. COMPENSATION $19–$25/hr depending on experience and responsibility, plus weekly bonus incentives and tips from clients on top. BENEFITS • Weekly bonus incentives + tips from clients • Real path to crew lead and leadership positions with increased pay • Full professional training in interior & exterior painting and staining — we’ll make you a pro by the end of the summer • Work outside every day • Learn the business directly from the owner — operations, sales, client management, and more • Autonomous work culture with driven, like-minded people • Meaningful work — transforming homes in your own community • Full-time and part-time positions available REQUIREMENTS • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle • High school diploma or equivalent • Some hands-on work experience is a bonus — but not required (we train you) • Full-time commitment: 40–50 hours per week during the season • Strong communication skills • Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else RESPONSIBILITIES • Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule • Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day • Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner • Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem-solving on site • Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites • Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses We’re transforming homes across Durham Region — Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, Brooklin, and Courtice — and we want people who take pride in the work they produce. Crew members are responsible for completing painting and staining projects from start to finish while maintaining clean and organized job sites. They must also communicate effectively with homeowners and support local marketing efforts.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work 40-50 hours per week are required.
