*Ontario Operations Manager* The Ontario Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at Ravioli World Inc.?s Ontario facility located in Peterborough. This on-site role focuses on coordinating production activities, managing inventory and logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with operational, health, and safety standards. The position supports efficient operations and regular communication with head office. Le Monde du Ravioli Inc., operating as Ravioli World Inc., operates the Ontario facility in Peterborough where this position is based. The Ontario Operations Manager will work on-site at the Peterborough location and report to head office. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee daily operations at the Ontario (Peterborough) location * Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and workflow * Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods * Supervise employees and support efficient daily operations * Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations * Coordinate logistics and deliveries with internal teams * Communicate operational updates and reports to head office * Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational procedures *Requirements* * Experience in operations management, manufacturing, logistics, or production environments * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Experience in food manufacturing or food distribution is considered an asset * Secondary school education required; post-secondary education in operations, logistics, or a related field is considered an asset. *Employment Details* * Employment Type: Permanent, full-time * Hours per Week: 40 hours * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Hourly Wage: $25.00 per hour * Benefits: No benefits other than mandatory statutory benefits * Language at Work: English *Additional Information* * Employer: LE MONDE DU RAVIOLI INC. * Work Location: On-site only ?
