Position Title: Registered Nurse Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite) Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent Compensation: Competitive package (based on experience) Role Overview Our client is a well-established healthcare organization in Toronto seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care. Key Responsibilities Assess patients, monitor conditions, and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and clinical information. Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with patient care and procedures. Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergency situations. Educate patients and families on treatment, medication, and ongoing care. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care. Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive clinical environment. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution. Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licence to practise in Ontario. Clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred. Strong patient-care, communication, and clinical assessment skills. Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and nursing procedures. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. Good to Have Experience in acute care, emergency, medical-surgical, ICU, or long-term care. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems. Additional nursing certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or relevant specialty training. Previous experience working within the Canadian healthcare system. Exigences

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing and current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Clinical experience in a healthcare setting and a valid RN license to practice in Ontario are required.
